1 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

Temposlot is an online entertainment platform operated for users in Malaysia. To register and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register a Temposlot account. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Temposlot reserves the right to request age verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately, and any remaining balance may not be fully refunded depending on the circumstances.

One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active Temposlot account. This includes accounts registered under different details but belonging to the same person — assessed based on full name, MyKad number, phone number, email address, IP address, and device information. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Accurate Registration Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name as stated on your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, an email address you regularly access, and valid payment details. False or inaccurate information may cause difficulties during the withdrawal process and may be grounds for account termination.

• Registration is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 and above.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to use your account.
• Temposlot reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Malaysian phone number verification via OTP is required during registration.

2 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Temposlot platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian users to ensure a smooth, fast, and secure experience.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Temposlot accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, and other major Malaysian banks). All deposits are processed within 1–5 minutes. The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawal Process: Withdrawals are processed to the same Malaysian e-wallet or bank account used for your deposit. Temposlot aims to process withdrawals within 15–30 minutes for e-wallets and up to 1 business day for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Temposlot does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

Temposlot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members — from welcome bonuses for new players to ongoing promotions for loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

Welcome Bonus: New Temposlot members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to RM500 on their first deposit. The exact bonus amount and match percentage are subject to current promotions. Rollover Requirements: Rollover refers to the minimum total wagering amount required before bonus funds (and sometimes the associated deposit) can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x rollover on a RM100 bonus means you must place bets totalling RM500 before those funds become withdrawable. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — please read carefully before accepting any offer.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or converted directly into cash.

4 Game & Betting Rules

Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, Temposlot will endeavour to restore the state to the last verifiable position. Password and Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your Temposlot account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members or friends. Temposlot will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat under any circumstances.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Temposlot offers two-factor authentication for all accounts. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to add an extra layer of security to your account. 7 Account Termination & Restrictions

We will endeavour to provide advance notice except in situations that require immediate action.

Grounds for Termination: A Temposlot account may be terminated for reasons including — holding multiple accounts, use of bots or automated software, payment fraud, bonus abuse, providing false information during registration or the verification process, money laundering activity, or access from a restricted jurisdiction.

Withdrawal Process Upon Termination: In the event of a voluntary termination initiated by the member, any eligible balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 7 business days. In cases of termination due to a terms violation, the handling of any remaining balance will be determined following a thorough investigation by the Temposlot team.

8 Limitation of Liability
